Role Description Our client is seeking an Estimating Assistant with approximately 2+ years of relevant experience to support our estimating and sales team on architectural metalwork projects within the Australian construction industry. This role suits someone who has moved beyond entry-level tasks and can confidently perform take-offs, interpret drawings, and work within estimating systems under guidance — without holding final pricing authority. You will work closely with senior estimators and follow established workflows, templates, and pricing logic. Responsibilities - Perform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings using Bluebeam - Review drawings to identify metalwork scope items - Prepare draft estimates and quotes for architectural metalwork packages - Enter and manage estimate data in our ERP system (Jobman) to generate client quotes - Apply existing pricing templates, presets, and product logic - Complete internal checks before estimates are reviewed - Provide general support to the sales and estimating team as required - Update and maintain product libraries, presets, and estimating templates Qualifications - Minimum 2-year experience in construction estimating, take-offs, or pricing support - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam (measurements, markups, take-offs) - Ability to read architectural drawings independently - Experience with ERP or estimating software (Jobman or similar) - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Good written English communication skills - Comfortable working to deadlines and within structured processes Preferred (Nice to Have) - Experience supporting sales teams in construction or manufacturing - Previous experience working remotely with international teams - Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development - A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams - A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input Benefits - Health insurance - Leave Benefits - Gratuity (India) - 13 Month Salary (PH) If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Role Description Zurich is currently looking for an RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster to join our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team. This position is scheduled with up to 30 flex hours, and approximately 50% travel is expected to cover the territory. The ideal candidate will need to live and service within a 50-mile area of the following Wisconsin counties: Polk, St Croix, Barron, Dunn, Pierce, Pepin as well as the following Minnesota Counties: Chisago, Washington. As an RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster, your primary responsibilities will include: - Complete field inspections and related responsibilities such as reading maps and aerial photos, measuring field and storage bins, and discussing findings of crop loss with farmers. - Perform fact finding regarding crop damage; record information and transmit loss information to accurately determine potential damages. - Provide excellent service to our customers – both agents and policyholders (farmers). - Utilize company software to electronically transmit claims information directly from the field to RCIS to ensure claims are processed timely and accurately. - Follow regulatory and company rules, policies, and procedures. Qualifications - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area. - Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date. - Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory. - Valid Driver’s License. Requirements - RCIS Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements: walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet, lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications - CAPP Certified. - Knowledge in Crop Insurance. - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organization and prioritization skills. - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Benefits - The proposed hourly rate range for this position is $22.40-$30.87, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%. - Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
