This role works collaboratively across technical teams and customer stakeholders to assess readiness, design scalable solutions, and guide implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and related AI technologies. The Copilot Senior Consultant serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful adoption, measurable value, and strong technical alignment. Responsibilities: Solution Design & Delivery - Design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions aligned to customer goals. - Capture customer requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to architect solutions. - Assist customers in preparing technical environments for Copilot implementation. - Partner with Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams to ensure data and device readiness. - Develop frameworks for low-code agent execution using Power Platform governance models. Client Advisory & Strategy - Guide customers in identifying AI use cases and selecting appropriate technologies. - Define measurable business value and ROI for Copilot implementations. - Translate business needs into technical solutions using iterative design approaches. - Serve as a trusted advisor and connect customers to advanced technical specialists as needed. Training, Enablement & Documentation - Design and deliver training aligned to customer business processes. - Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. - Support citizen developers and end users with guidance and best practices. Collaboration & Leadership - Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, consultants, and architects. - Mentor junior team members and support skill development. - Contribute to best practices, standards, and repeatable solution frameworks. Expected Outcomes - Successful deployment of Copilot solutions aligned to customer business outcomes. - Demonstrated client value through measurable adoption and ROI metrics. - Strong collaboration across technical teams and customer stakeholders. - High-quality documentation, training, and enablement resources. - Increased customer confidence in AI and Copilot solutions. Requirements - Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Teams. - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse). - Knowledge of Power Platform governance, administration, ALM, and security best practices. - Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. Preferred Qualifications - Copilot certifications (AB-900 beta). - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent). - Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform, including CI/CD, pipelines, and source control.
