• Coordinate and execute sales training programs, including the rollout and reinforcement of the Sandler sales methodology • Develop, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for new service and project sales representatives • Partner with sales leadership to ensure new hires ramp quickly and consistently • Support ongoing training and reinforcement of sales systems, tools, and processes to drive adoption and efficiency • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, finance, and training teams to align sales initiatives with business goals • Track, monitor, and report on training effectiveness, onboarding progress, and adoption of sales disciplines • Identify performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions to improve productivity and results • Standardize best practices across teams to create a consistent, repeatable sales process • Manage timelines, communications, and deliverables for multiple concurrent sales enablement projects

Role Description SafeGuard Services (SGS), a subsidiary of Peraton, performs data analysis, investigation, and medical review to detect, prevent, deter, reduce, and make referrals to recover fraud, waste, and abuse. We are looking to add a Program Integrity Manager to our team of talented professionals. This key personnel position requires demonstrated experience managing staff and investigative functions within the healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) domain. The role is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing investigative workload related to CMS contracts supporting the Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Key responsibilities include: - Recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff while providing strategic and operational guidance to data analysts, investigators, and medical review professionals. - Maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with CMS, law enforcement agencies, Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), and other internal and external stakeholders. - Oversight and management of all program integrity functions across the SE UPIC. - Complex, multi-subject investigations involving organized criminal enterprises. - Execution of simultaneous on-site provider visits in CMS-designated high-risk areas. - Close coordination with the Office of Inspector General (OIG), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and State Medicaid Agencies within the SE UPIC jurisdiction. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 12 years of related experience. - A minimum of 8 or more years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management capacity responsible for complex systems, workflows, and investigative priorities. - Proven leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid Programs. - Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements, laws, rules, and regulations related to payment for services billed to the Program. - Experience providing guidance to data analysts, investigators, and medical staff. - Experience applying regulations and customer guidelines to implement and coordinate appropriate administrative actions. - Experience presenting on current investigative outcomes and focusing resources to address emerging fraud trends. - The applicant must obtain CMS approval and pass minimum contractual requirements found in the UPIC Statement of Work. - U.S. citizenship required. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
