Primary Responsibilities: - Project & Delivery Management - Lead and manage end to end project delivery for complex operational and technology enabled initiatives, with an emphasis on ITSS help desk and operational support readiness - Own project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, including: - Project charters and scope definition - Delivery governance and decision forums - Schedules, resource plans, and delivery milestones - Develop strategic and operational delivery plans, project briefs, and detailed timelines aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness - Drive delivery discipline through standard project management practices, portfolio alignment, and compliance with enterprise delivery expectations - Operations Support Enablement & Readiness - Ensure solutions transition into operations in a stable, supportable, and scalable manner aligned to ITSS support models - Ensure operational readiness activities consider downstream end user and business experience impacts, including support transition, service continuity, and adoption risk - Cross Functional Execution & Stakeholder Leadership - Partner cross functionally with operations, engineering, product, architecture, account management, strategy, and vendors to drive execution and resolve dependencies - Lead delivery in highly matrixed environments, influencing outcomes without direct authority - Provide clear, concise project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including delivery health, risks, decisions needed, and progress against milestones - Risk, Performance & Financial Management - Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to protect scope, timeline, quality, and value - Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, delivery metrics, and financial tracking, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement - Manage project budgets, forecast resources, track spend, and advocate for funding to support delivery success - AI Enabled Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement - Apply AI enabled analysis to understand operational readiness impacts and risk patterns - Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for both technical & non technical stakeholders - Identify opportunities for automation, AI assisted knowledge, self service expansion, and work elimination to improve ITSS performance - Maintain working knowledge of supported technologies, ITSS operating procedures, and common issue patterns to inform readiness planning and risk assessment - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The role is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing investigative workload related to CMS contracts supporting the Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
