You have a foundation in backend engineering and are aware of customer needs and have an opinion of how users experience your work. You think of yourself as a full‑stack engineer with product instincts. The tech stack comprises: - Go - PostgreSQL - Kubernetes - GCP/AWS - Svelte - Typescript Qualifications - 10+ years engineering experience - 2+ years Go in production - Experience in successfully using AI agents as part of the development process and a desire to do more with it - Track record of successfully working remotely - Open to join an on-call rota once you're settled Requirements - The team likes to get together every 4-6 weeks for 2 days at a time around the South East of England. • Designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting healthcare systems built on the Cognizant Facets platform. • Working closely with Technical Analysts, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrations, extensions, and cloud-based solutions in support of core healthcare operations. • Focusing on hands-on development of Facets extensions, integrations, and related components, while supporting deployments and operations within AWS environments. • Leveraging strong SQL skills and system knowledge to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. • Participating in the full software development lifecycle and assisting with production support and issue resolution.
