Job Requirements
- 0 - 1 year of professional work experience (and/or internship)
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
- Proven Familiarity/Usage of Claude Code or other AI Agents
- Good SQL concepts and ability to write complex queries
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub)

The MTS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting COBOL‑based MTS software, with a strong focus on CSM‑related functionality. The role requires deep technical ownership, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a complex, regulated environment.
