Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The holder of this position may perform the following tasks: - Collaborate with key functions like IT, Training, Quality, Operations, Finance, Sales, etc. to effect change through understanding key needs, tailoring solutions to meet them and working with the Value Management Office to deliver change. - Assess business needs and requirements, provides recommendations and detailed requirements for proposed solutions. - Provide subject matter knowldge and act as internal advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Provide subject matter knowledge and expert level support on global processes. - Provide subject matter knowledge and expert level support on global systems. - Collaborate with the third-party implementation partner throughout project lifecyle. - Review new and updated processes/internal guidelines (related to the core systems) prior to release. - Lead conversations to identify and evaluate projects risk and propose solutions to mitigate them. - Actively learn all digital systems to expert level. - Participate in project meetings with multiple workstreams on enhancements to existing systems and new systems. - Develop and lead self; attend appropriate skills or industry training classes to build competencies; be considered as upwardly mobile within the organization. - Promote and support Cencora company policies, procedures, mission, vision and core values. Experience and Educational Requirements - Requires a minimum of five years required in a relevant role or professional services, ideally in a relevant sector - i.e. logistics or technology leadership. - Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline ideal. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations. - Ability to collaborate with global resources to understand, document and discuss new proposed enhancements to processes and systems. - Ability to translate business requirements to the IT teams and work closely with them to ensure technical solutions met the business requirements. - Ability to collaborate and understand IT proposed solutions. - Ability to translate and present IT proposed solutions to the business teams and work closely with them to ensure business requirements are met by technical solutions. - Ability to efficiently manage resources to achieve results while helping them grow their abilities and career. - Problem-solving ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes. - Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas - Strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely - Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives - Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage multiple simultaneous issues - Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work - Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. - Strong data acumen with the ability to interpret and direct analysis on broad internal and external data to develop action plans based on the key identified trends and performance indicator tracking. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel required. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated. - Team oriented and able to work cross functionally. - Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. - Able to prioritise workload. - Ability to translate complex technical messages to a non-technical audience. - Analytical to the core and intellectually curious.
