Service Delivery Manager

UMB AG

• Assume central ownership of customer accounts • Serve as the main point of contact for IT outsourcing • Align service delivery with business value and customer strategy • Implement and optimize IT operations processes • Ensure the stability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of customer contracts • Maintain oversight of Incidents, Problems, and Changes • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship with additional business/management training
  • Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably with an IT provider)
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to translate IT services into business impact
  • Experience in budget planning and forecasting
  • Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
