Job Requirements
- You’ve built and scaled aerospace, defense, or related vertical sales teams at a high-growth technology company
- Deep experience working with defense contractors, aerospace companies, or relevant government agencies
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in regulated, high-stakes environments
- Strong understanding of procurement, compliance, and security requirements in aerospace/defense
- Established network across primes, integrators, and/or key industry stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ownership and ambiguity
