Growth & Marketing Specialist
ALLUVIUM HEALTH INC
• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives across multiple channels • Identify and research target accounts and key contacts to support outreach strategy • Develop and refine outreach messaging, including emails, sequences, and campaign content • Manage and execute outreach efforts, including email campaigns and follow-ups through CRM tools such as Pipedrive • Initiate outreach to prospective clients to generate engagement and support lead generation efforts • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and outreach effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement • Own timelines, tasks, and deliverables for assigned marketing and outreach initiatives • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach efforts • Maintain and update website content and support performance tracking and optimization • Support planning and execution of marketing events, including post-event outreach and engagement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, outreach, lead generation, or a related field required
- Experience executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and marketing platforms preferred
- Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred
- Experience working in a startup or scaling organization is highly desirable.
