Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or full-stack marketing roles
- Proven success working with Product teams
- Strong ability to develop creative strategy across marketing channels
- Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns from concept through optimization
- Expertise in HubSpot and proficiency with other martech tools
- Deep understanding of data governance, segmentation, and campaign reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Transparent, curious, and confident in driving discussions

You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion — translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on problems like: - "Which high-growth category should we enter next?" - "How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio?" — then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.
