Lead Sales Engineer

• Grow sales of B&R's complete product range in the territory by working on new and existing sales opportunities • Identify, define, and develop the best technical solution and strategy for customer applications • Hold in-depth technical presentations and discussions with the customers • Expand customer base through the development and execution of a Target Account Business Plan • Develop market intelligence and document this knowledge in B&R’s CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) system • Work with Marketing, Business Development, and other resources to promote sales efforts • Attend trade shows to seek out potential customers and to represent B&R at these shows; attend yearly sales meetings and workshops • Increase sales with existing customers through exceptional sales support as well as the introduction of new products and services • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or similar) or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience in technical sales, business development and lead generation; prior automation preferred
  • Experience with Machine and Motion Control desirable
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical products and solutions; keen interest in the application of leading-edge technology across industries
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory (mostly domestic with occasional international); applicants must possess a valid passport
  • Applicants should possess authorization that would allow them to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Role Description Responsible for performing payment solutions activities associated with various delinquent member accounts, including overdrafts, Visa credit cards, lines of credit, secured loans, signature loans, and real estate loans. Reviews delinquent accounts, determines probable reasons for account status, and contacts members to resolve the delinquencies. Utilizes various techniques, as circumstances indicate, to promptly collect on delinquent accounts. - Working Delinquency queues and Charge off/Recovery queues and making outbound calls (50%) - Build member relationships that deliver value and demonstrate that we care.
