Job Description - Responsible for the design & development of highly-sophisticated communication products for professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments. - Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including RF simulation in ADS/CST and Digital Signal Integrity simulation in Mentor Graphics and Cadence SI tool, prior to releasing the PCB layout Gerber for fabrication. - Work with a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate innovative ideas and design communication systems that meet customer requirements. - Engineers will be working on sub-circuits that consist of RF, Connectivity, LTE, digital controller, power and audio circuits. - RF sub-circuits involve receivers, transmitters, VCOs, amplifiers, filters and mixers circuit; while digital and controller sub-circuits include microcontroller, logics and LCD circuits. As for power, audio and signaling circuits, it consists of batteries, voltage regulators, audio amplifiers, filters, speakers and microphones. - Training will be provided where necessary. Basic Requirements - At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering, or related disciplines. - Must know how to utilize RF equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies and multi-meters. - At least 3-5 years of experience in Bluetooth/ Wi-Fi/GPS/LTE related fields will be an added advantage. - Simulation experience in ADS/PSPICE/SI tool will be an added advantage Travel RequirementsNone Relocation ProvidedNone Position TypeExperienced Referral Payment PlanYesEEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
