Electrical Engineer

• Contribute to the development and sustaining of advanced electrical and electronic solutions • Design, analyze, model, and validate electronic circuits • Develop and test firmware • Evaluate third‑party technologies • Guide product performance through prototyping, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration • Troubleshoot challenges at customer sites and with global contract manufacturers • Write specifications, engineering reports, release documentation, and hardware change details • Engage with technical teams in India, China, and Mexico for alignment and shared understanding

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in EE/CS with 3+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree in EE/CS with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in hardware device and systems development
  • Hands‑on experience with design/simulation tools such as Altium/OrCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, PSPICE, and test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and programmable power supplies
  • Working knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, SPI, RS‑485/422)
  • Experience with lifecycle and documentation tools such as JIRA, SharePoint/Confluence, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred: experience with Mentor Graphics PADS Pro or Altium Designer
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to present information effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to interact with global technical teams
