Senior Partner Management Specialist
Wealth Enhancement Group
• Support the development and execution of Wealth Enhancement Group’s Partner Relationship Management program • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned external partner relationships • Support senior leadership in managing primary custodial relationships (such as Fidelity, Schwab, and BNY Pershing) • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts at all levels • Assist in quarterly business reviews and partner check-ins • Support onboarding processes for new partner relationships • Create and maintain regular reports on partner relationship metrics and key performance indicators • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries for leadership review • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Advisor Services, and other internal departments on partner-related initiatives • Lead cross-partner projects with strong project management discipline, ensuring clear scope, milestones, accountability, and timely execution • Support contract review and negotiation processes • Travel to partner locations and industry events as needed • Represent WEG at partner meetings, conferences, and networking events • Build and maintain a professional network within the partner ecosystem
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Experience in relationship management, account management, or vendor management
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to long-term planning initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability and appetite for building programs from the ground up, creating structured and scalable frameworks from ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing priorities
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
