• Support and enhance the real-time risk engine processing 10k+ position updates/second across perpetuals, spots, and prediction markets. • Design and implement risk metrics: portfolio VaR, stress VaR, expected shortfall, Greeks aggregation, cross-asset correlations. • Build position limit frameworks: notional caps, delta limits, concentration limits, leverage constraints, drawdown thresholds. • Develop statistical models for tail-risk scenarios: fat-tailed distributions, regime switching, correlation breakdowns. • Implement margin calculation engines: cross-margining logic, liquidation price models, maintenance margin monitoring. • Work closely with trading infrastructure team to ensure <50ms P99 latency for risk calculations on critical paths. • Create real-time dashboards and alerting systems: exposure heatmaps, PnL attribution, limit breaches, anomaly detection. • Backtest risk models against historical liquidation events and high-volatility periods to validate accuracy. • Design circuit breakers and kill switches for extreme market conditions or system anomalies.

• Design and implement backend services across the trading domain. • Own features end to end: schema, API, tests, UI integration. • Contribute to real time infrastructure and client facing APIs. • Write integration tests against real dependencies.

• Build the affiliate program from where it is today into a real revenue line: recruit, onboard, and grow a roster of affiliates (creators, finance/trading content sites, prop-firm comparison sites, PPC affiliates, X/Discord/Telegram operators, sub-affiliate networks). • Negotiate commercial terms: rev-share vs CPA vs hybrid, cookie windows, payout schedules, reporting cadence. Set the defaults; carve exceptions where the math works. • Coordinate with marketing, content, and product on landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch windows. • Spot fraud early: cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, blow-up farming. Get those affiliates off the program fast. • Compliance-aware: prop trading is a regulated grey zone in many markets. Keep affiliate copy and geo-targeting clean. • Drive CAC down while scaling attributable revenue month-over-month.

• Manage our SRE and Platform teams, ensuring that everything works reliably, securely, and at scale. • Drive the implementation of the roadmap and balance new features with technical debt. • Manage expectations and work closely with high level stakeholders. • Ensure productivity by removing obstacles and creating a results driven and high performing engineering environment. • Plan and prioritise the team’s roadmap, and champion team projects internally. • Monitor metrics to ensure that teams are hitting and are on target. • Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure that outputs and goals are aligned. • Own and create new processes. • Share opinions and input, with the ability to influence the direction of the engineering teams.

• Collaborate with engineers throughout the company to assist in troubleshooting issues, deploying solutions, and increasing their productivity • Design and optimise both public and internal cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Git • Manage cloud computing, Kubernetes, and database projects • Contribute to and maintain a self-healing, highly available, and scalable system • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and the monitoring stack • Monitor and ensure the health of all environments, setting up alerts and responding to incidents • Participate in on-call rotations, incident responses, and post-mortems • Learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Own SwissBorg's security strategy, roadmap, and organisational security posture • Serve as the primary point of contact for Swiss (FINMA) and French (AMF) regulatory authorities on security matters • Lead DORA and MiCA compliance programs, conduct internal IT audits, and ensure compliance • Present security posture, risk assessments, audit reports, and compliance status to the board and executive team • Define and enforce organisation-wide security policies, including RBAC, secrets management, IAM, user permissions, and access governance based on least privilege • Lead security incident response, including coordination with legal, law enforcement, and regulators • Oversee security architecture for cryptocurrency custody systems, hot/cold wallet management, key management, and trading platform security • Manage third-party risk assessment for all critical vendors and blockchain service providers (staking, custody, oracles) • Own security budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations at executive level • Develop security awareness training programs and work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper security architecture and implementation

• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments in the cryptoassets space • Assist in the interpretation and implementation of new regulations affecting cryptoassets (MiCA, DORA, PSD, etc) and financial instruments (MiFID2) • Assist with legal advice on cryptoassets-related products and initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance in product development and business operations • Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures to comply with evolving regulatory requirements • Support in liaising with regulatory bodies and government agencies • Researching a range of novel legal and regulatory questions and participating in providing legal analyses and recommendations to inform business decisions • Participate in training and educational efforts within the company related to cryptoassets regulations.
