Role Description The Utilization Review Nurse gathers demographic and clinical information on prospective, concurrent and retrospective in-patient admissions and out-patient treatment, certifies the medical necessity and assigns an appropriate length of stay while supporting the goals of the Case Management department and of CorVel. This is a remote position. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Identifies the necessity of the review process and communicates issues of concern to the appropriate claims staff/customer. - Collects data and analyzes information to make decisions regarding certification or denial of treatment. - Documents all work in the appropriate manner. - Promotes utilization review services with stakeholders. - Complies with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must have thorough knowledge of both CPT and ICD coding. - Ability to interface with claims staff, attorneys, physicians and their representatives, as well as advisors/clients and coworkers. - Effective organization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Strong time management skills with the ability to meet designated deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets. - Knowledge of the workers’ compensation claims process preferred. - Knowledge of outpatient utilization review preferred. Requirements - Graduate of accredited school of nursing with an associate’s degree, Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing. - Current Nursing licensure in the state of operation required; RN is required unless local state regulations permit LVN/LPN. - 4 or more years of recent clinical experience. - Prospective, concurrent, and retrospective utilization review experience preferred. - Experience in the clinical areas of OR, ICU, CCU, ER and/or orthopedics preferred. Role Description The senior cybersecurity consultant will independently conduct security risk assessments and similar projects, review risks to the client’s business, and prepare risk assessment reports and other deliverables for cybersecurity and compliance projects for the client. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a project plan, which outlines a project's scope, tasks, milestone dates, deliverables, status, estimate to complete, and allocation of resources. - Evaluate information/security risk for clients by independently conducting security risk assessments aligned with frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST-CSF, and PCI, etc., and other projects for various industries, small and medium-sized companies, and act as a relationship manager for security and other projects with clients. - Assist with managing and mentoring consultants, ensuring smooth communications within the project team and other cross-functional teams, and interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis. - Demonstrate strong communication skills with the client’s team, including presentation skills related to the scope, deliverables, and timeline. - Ensure smooth communications within the project team and other cross-functional teams, and interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis. - Assist in other security and compliance-related projects as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management. The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. • Gather and analyze client PLM requirements and processes. • Design and implement PLM solutions aligned with client objectives, including workflow design, data management, and integration with ERP/CRM systems. • Configure and implement PLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, SAP PLM). • Assist in creating PLM roadmaps, governance models, and best practices for clients. • Support data migration, integration, testing, and user training. • Recommend PLM best practices and process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead the full KMS design lifecycle, including stakeholder discovery, taxonomy design, site architecture, style guides, governance framework creation, and prototype development. • Build and configure SharePoint-based environments end to end, including page architecture, audience groupings, metadata, JSON/HTML customization, content workflows, and user permissions. • Ensure knowledge content is properly segmented, tagged, and structured to support both human navigation and AI-assisted retrieval, including integrations with telephony platforms like Genesys and TalkDesk. • Apply Hummingbird's delivery methodologies to assess situations across people, process, and technology, develop evidence-based recommendations, and solve complex client and internal problems. • Own delivery across concurrent client KMS engagements, coordinating tasks, dependencies, and communication across internal teammates and client stakeholders at all levels of leadership. • Lead structured discovery to assess client KMS capabilities, surface risks proactively, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations before advancing to build phases. • Drive change management efforts that move client teams from legacy or paper-based workflows to modern digital knowledge systems, including grassroots adoption strategies and user engagement programs. • Establish and maintain content governance frameworks, including validation processes, change control workflows, and feedback mechanisms that sustain knowledge quality over time. • Use performance data, scorecards, and adoption indicators to evaluate system health, recommend course corrections, and continuously improve knowledge systems and delivery practices. • Mentor KMS Analysts through practical coaching on knowledge management methods, SharePoint development, and problem-solving approaches that reflect Hummingbird's mission and values.
