Role Description - Partner with Regional Sales Directors in discovery to surface technical requirements and shape solutions that align with customer needs. - Translate product capabilities into tailored demonstrations that show clear value and drive buyer confidence. - Validate technical feasibility of deals by assessing integrations, workflows and system constraints early in the sales process. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Implementation to align solutions so that commitments made in sales are achievable and scalable. - Synthesize prospect feedback and market signals to inform product improvements and strengthen competitive positioning. - Enable the sales team through training and shared learnings so that discovery quality and technical fluency improve over time. - Identify integration opportunities and emerging customer needs to expand product applicability and support growth. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives. - Experience partnering with sales teams to progress deals that require technical validation and solution design. - Strong judgment in evaluating technical tradeoffs and aligning solutions with both customer needs and product capabilities. - Ability to lead discovery conversations that uncover technical requirements and influence solution direction. - Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver aligned outcomes. - Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product or go-to-market improvements. - Requires 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role. - Experience in proptech or with property management platforms is a plus. Role Description As a Pre‑Silicon / Post‑Silicon Validation Engineer, you will validate device drivers, IPs, and BSPs on ARM‑based platforms running the Linux kernel. You will ensure functional correctness and quality across pre‑silicon and post‑silicon stages through structured testing and debugging. - Develop, implement, and execute test cases for IP and BSP validation. - Perform validation on ARM‑based target boards in Linux kernel environments. - Validate one or more IPs such as CSI, CAN, GPU, PCIe, GbE, DDR, UFS, SPI, etc. - Log defects, analyze failures, and report test results. - Develop test applications using Embedded C and support automation using scripts. - Debug issues and collaborate with design and development teams.
