• Serve as the senior day to day client lead across a portfolio of brands or a large, multi-workstream engagement • Earn trust quickly, and keep it by being proactive, informed, and never caught flat-footed • Translate evolving client needs into clear scopes, priorities, and ways of working • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, especially in environments where strategy is set internally and requires strong translation into execution • Champion a social-first, platform-native approach across all workstreams • Guide the development of always-on content systems that balance scale, speed, and cultural relevance • Partner closely with Strategy & Creative to ensure work is not just on-brief, but culturally sharp and worth engaging with • Push beyond campaign thinking to build sustainable content ecosystems and fandom-driven engagement • Lead a cross-functional team across account, project management, strategy, creative, and production • Set the tone for how the team shows up: calm, accountable, and solutions-oriented • Coach and collaborate closely with team members (note: this role does not include direct reports) • Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to do their best work • Own the health of the business across scope, staffing, and financials, staying tightly aligned with Project Management on timelines, estimates, and delivery • Build scalable ways of working that can flex across brands, moments, and levels of intensity • Identify risks early and solve them before they become problems
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in account management, agency-side preferred
- Experience in digital, social, and content-led programs, especially organic social
- You've ideally managed entertainment, fandom, or multi-brand accounts
- You understand how culture moves on social and you have strong opinions about how brands should (and shouldn't) show up in it
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, in a deck, in a room, in a Slack message
- Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments where priorities shift and clarity isn’t always given
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without ego

Role Description Accurate Group, an industry leader in technology‑driven appraisal management and title services for real estate finance providers nationwide, is seeking a Junior Escrow Closer to join its growing team! The Junior Escrow Closer must be located in a Pacific Time zone for this particular position. The Junior Escrow Closer is responsible for effectively managing real estate closing transactions on both refinance and purchase properties. This role requires efficiently performing all duties and responsibilities while addressing issues that may arise during the closing process, under the supervision and direction of the National Closing Manager. - Manage the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions. - Consult with management to confirm details or escape questions or concerns. - Correspond with lenders and attorneys as needed; escalate any questions or concerns to the management team. - Work with clients as well as the Curative, Title, Funding, and Policy team members to facilitate the closing, disbursement, and policy issuance of all files to which they are assigned. - Prepare all closing documents necessary to ensure title insurance is issued at closing, with any outstanding items, questions, or concerns brought to management’s attention for further direction. - Closing appointment scheduling. - Closing document review and delivery. - Closing Disclosure/HUD collaboration. - Preliminary CD delivery. - Balancing files for funding. - Policy markup generation and client customer service. - Assist with training Closers and Escrow Assistants. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must have a comprehensive understanding of current Title Insurance rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Insurance. - Bilingual candidate is preferred but not a requirement. - Experience in using Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work in a team and as a self-motivated individual performer. - Must be able to communicate professionally in oral and written manner. - Ability to multitask and change priorities as needed.
