Job Requirements
- 10+ years of IT support or operations engineering experience
- 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience engineering and supporting Verint solutions
- Proven success supporting and engineering production enterprise Verint environments
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
