Lead Operations Analyst
Assurant
• Analyze end-to-end operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities • Conduct structured research and process reviews • Support transformation initiatives • Develop and refine new or existing processes • Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation • Ensure cross-departmental consistency and scalability • Design and execute data collection strategies • Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets • Organize and facilitate collaborative discussions • Proactively identify opportunities in processes • Assessment of operational failure to determine preventative measures • Provide front-line support for internal operational applications
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in process improvement, analytics, and/or reporting
- Experience in analyzing data and making strong recommendations based on findings for process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with prioritizing tasks with shifting deadlines
- Salesforce Administration training and/or experience
- Six Sigma methodology training
- Experience in Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, SSMS, SQL, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI
- Experience in the fields of insurance and mortgage servicing highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time • Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software through multiple 90-day on-site deployments • Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and leadership team Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles on the shop floor • Tracks performance data and customer uplifts throughout the deployment • Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers • Openly shares feedback with frontline teams and leadership to drive positive behavior change and uplift results • Facilitates remote weekly customer progress meetings • Identifies miracle stories as well as miracle results to guide celebrations of wins with the customer • Manages project schedules with customers • Provides Success Assessments upon project completion • Delivers executive overviews and provides customers with information related to all Redzone programs • Troubleshoots customer technical issues as needed • Supports customer identification of next steps in their Redzone journey • Other duties as assigned
• Participate in Industrial team forums to ensure any 90-day program/software/workflow changes get highlighted and discussed • Train customer teams on workflows inside Redzone through multiple 90-day programs. • Facilitates huddle and daily vital signs meetings to support action cycles at the shop floor. • Track performance data and uplifts through the program. • Lead kaizen activities as required during customer 90-day programs • Openly share feedback with customers’ frontline teams and leadership in order to drive positive behavioral and uplift results. • Facilitate weekly customer progress meetings remotely • Identifies miracle stories as well as miracle results to guide celebration of wins with the customer. • Manage project schedules with customers • Provide Success Assessments upon project completion • Deliver module overviews and provide customers enough info to create initial pull • Troubleshooting of customer issues as needed • Support customer identification of next steps in their Redzone journey • May be required to coach non-general manufacturing coaching as required. • Other duties as assigned.
