• Support development and commercial leadership in executing the strategic vision for a priority therapeutic program • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of drug development initiatives • Manage end-to-end a late-stage high-priority program, driving timely delivery and quality outcomes • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and implement solutions, project strategies, budget management, and achieve objectives timely • Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders at multiple levels • Maintain internal Project Management software (SmartSheet), ensuring consistent accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and team data integrity • Facilitate regular project update meetings with the Project Teams • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progression • Act as key internal contact for projects under your supervision.

• Manage 2–4 concurrent client implementations across Veryon’s software solutions • Drive full project lifecycles from kickoff through go-live and closure • Ensure project deliverables align with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations • Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers • Lead project kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, and milestone reviews • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution • Own project plans, timelines, scope documents, meeting notes, and change requests • Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early • Coordinate cross-functional resources including consultants, product teams, and technical teams

• The Project Lead reports to the head of PMO and manages all phases of the implementation cycle for Smartlinx’s suite of workforce management applications. • This includes project planning, analyzing and documenting customer business requirements, configuring the software to implement customer requirements, testing, educating both system administrators and end-users, and status reporting. • Ensures projects are delivered on-time, on-budget. • Works directly with stakeholders, internal and external, to drive customer success and achievement of client business objectives. • Ensures adequate throughput of projects, not allowing projects to become stalled or road blocked. • Drives two-way accountability in project execution; ensuring resources manage their assigned tasks effectively while ensuring that the customer fulfills requirements placed on them in the Statement of Work. • Identifies and evaluates project risks and develop strategies how to avoid/mitigate the risk or minimize the impact on the overall project.
