Training Development Manager

Trillium Health Resources

• Implement and manage the execution of training programs developed in collaboration with the Training Development Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. • Develop and manage data collection processes to track training effectiveness, learner engagement, and performance outcomes. • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for training initiatives, tracking progress and addressing any obstacles. • Ensure training content meets regulatory standards and contract requirements, compiling reports for leadership review. • Manage a team of training specialists and instructional designers, conducting performance evaluations, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to established training timelines and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in training program execution, instructional design, e-learning development, learning management system (LMS) administration, project management experience, analyzing training performance metrics, compliance tracking, content development, instructional design, curriculum or curricula development, instructional development, education, or special education, learning principles, change management, learning strategies, organizational development, succession planning, digital learning, performance coaching, talent development; OR Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in training program execution, instructional design, e-learning development, learning management system (LMS) administration, project management experience, analyzing training performance metrics, compliance tracking, content development, instructional design, curriculum or curricula development, instructional development, education, or special education, learning principles, change management, learning strategies, organizational development, succession planning, digital learning, performance coaching, talent development; OR Equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium’s catchment area.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
