Job Requirements
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Education or Instructional Design
- Good project management skills
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems and Virtual Classroom tools (Zoom and TEAMs)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of the ADDIE model and adult learning principles
- Professional Services experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, OneNote)
