Technical Writer

• Act as the primary point of contact for all documentation across learning (administrator) and support (end‑user) channels • Edit, review, and refine documentation drafts for clarity, consistency, and accuracy • Schedule, approve, and publish documentation updates across multiple platforms • Manage page structure, navigation, and overall organization of documentation content • Ensure consistent terminology, tone, and style across all published materials • Source, update, and maintain screenshots and visual assets • Draft video scripts to support documentation and learning experiences when needed • Manage uploads and updates to centralized download repositories • Identify and maintain accurate cross‑links to related or authoritative content; coordinate with partner teams as needed • Conduct required accuracy, compliance, and freshness reviews on a regular cadence • Partner with product leadership to align documentation strategy, priorities, and messaging (with product teams providing first drafts for new content) • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize and improve site documentation • Draft and review internal posts and community‑facing announcements related to product updates • Ensure alignment with established enterprise documentation and learning content standards before publishing • Upload presentation materials and ensure documentation, blogs, and videos are properly linked on adoption and enablement pages
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience editing and reviewing technical documentation
- 3+ years of experience publishing and maintaining documentation for enterprise software or SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience supporting both administrative and end‑user documentation channels
- Proven ability to manage documentation lifecycle activities, including reviews, updates, publishing, and audits
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Experience coordinating with product managers, engineers, or cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple documentation updates simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Assists with drafting departmental protocols, procedures, and guidance documentation. - Works cross functionally as a key member of the electronic medical record optimization team, including enhancement of clinician and employee experience and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met. - Performs all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or Medical Laboratory Science or other related field. - Certified or Registered Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician. - 2+ years of experience working in a clinical laboratory. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to improve processes, promote excellence and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. - Proficient with computer programs to complete job duties independently. - Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security. - Ability to effectively communicate with others in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles. - Local and non-local travel as determined by the business. - Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
