• Facilitate product setup, updates, and deactivation initiatives across Editorial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams • Translate business requirements received through JIRA intake into structured epics and tasks • Serve as Scrum Master for PDI departmental workflows • Manage and optimize JIRA boards and workflows • Report on velocity and capacity metrics to set clear expectations • Monitor, analyze, and respond to JIRA dashboards and metric reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in educational publishing, edtech, or related industries
- 2+ years of experience working in agile environments (Scrum Master or equivalent role)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools) for workflow and backlog management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex, interdependent projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
