• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Support backlog readiness, sprint capacity planning, and dependency visibility to improve predictability and execution. • Coach teams on agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaboration. • Manage selected internal initiatives using a waterfall project approach when timing, scope, governance, or coordination needs require it. • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource needs for priority initiatives. • Track progress across agile delivery and structured projects, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into status, blockers, and tradeoffs. • Maintain project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifacts. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support on-time execution.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery practices, and iterative planning.
- Solid project management skills, including scope management, timeline planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to operate effectively in both agile and traditional project delivery models.
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, delivery metrics, and team health indicators.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain structure in fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience in an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environment.
- Experience managing internal initiatives that require structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination responsibilities.
- Experience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, product, operations, and leadership.
