Job Description

Software Developer – Full Stack

wisepex

• Product development from day one: You develop our digital products and SaaS solutions across the entire lifecycle — from the idea and architecture through implementation to production operation. • Full-stack development: You work on both the frontend (e.g., Angular) and the backend (.NET, APIs, databases) and ensure a clean interaction between all components. • Technical co-design: You actively contribute to architecture, technology and design decisions and help shape our platforms so they are sustainable and maintainable. • Quality & sustainability: You value clean code, tests, code reviews and high software quality, focusing on long-term product development rather than short-term fixes. • Close teamwork: You collaborate closely with other developers, product owners and, when applicable, customers to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions. • Continuous improvement & scaling: You help continuously evolve and optimize our products and prepare them for growth and scaling.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as a full-stack developer: You have several years of experience building modern web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET: You are experienced in developing backend systems with .NET (e.g., APIs, business logic, data access) in a practical, hands-on way.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular: You build structured, maintainable frontends and are comfortable in the Angular ecosystem (components, services, state, architecture).
  • Understanding of clean software architecture: You think in terms of structure and pay attention to maintainability, extensibility and clear responsibilities in code.
  • Quality awareness: Clean code, reviews, tests and a sustainable development approach are natural to you.
  • Cloud experience: Ideally you have experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Language skills: You have very good written and spoken German.
  • Team & startup mindset: You enjoy taking responsibility in a young, growing team and actively contributing to building and developing the company.
  • Willingness to travel: You are willing to attend regular on-site team meetings (approx. once per month).

Benefits

  • Real responsibility, not just task execution: With us you take on real ownership — for your topics, your ideas and the impact you create for the team and the product.
  • Room for your own ideas: You actively help shape our products, processes and the further development of wisepex.
  • Growing career prospects: Whether technical specialization, increased responsibility or a future leadership role — your development grows with the company.
  • Targeted development: We deliberately invest in your professional and personal growth through training, further education and tailored learning formats.
  • Flat hierarchies & fast decision-making: Little bureaucracy, short communication paths and an environment where things actually get done.
  • Flexible working hours & remote-first: Work flexibly and location-independently — including the option to work up to 27 days per year from another EU country.
  • 30 days of vacation & attractive compensation package: Including capital-forming benefits (vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and a company pension plan.
  • Company health coverage: In addition to statutory health insurance, you receive an annual health budget that you can use flexibly for various health services.
  • Additional benefits: Bike leasing (JobRad), employee discounts, BahnCard 50 for 1st class, latest-generation tech and regular team events.
