Role Description We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for learning new things and a self-starter attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment, devising solutions that fit user needs, and implementing them. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. - Collaborate to define key results (OKRs) and deliver them. - Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices in code health, quality, testability, and efficiency. - Work with cross-functional teams—including Science, Quality, Product, and Business Development—to understand requirements and manage priorities. - Partner with internal and external engineering teams to deliver features end to end, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion. - Come up with technical solutions and designs for features, write design documents, and drive implementation end to end. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering discipline, or equivalent. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with remote, distributed teams. - Good understanding of cloud-native applications and enterprise applications. - Strong grasp of programming, with fluency in Kotlin, Ktor, Kafka. - 3 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in system design and the effective use of AI for code generation. - Ability to design scalable systems and utilize AI-driven tools to improve code quality and productivity. - Experience working within a regulated Quality Management System, such as ISO 13485. - Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team.
