Technical Trainer - Machine & Software Operations

Role Description The Operator Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training and ongoing support to customers and internal employees related to software systems and machine operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers can operate equipment safely, efficiently, and confidently. The position requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to different audiences and environments. Key Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive customer training programs covering software functionality and machine operation, both domestically and internationally. - Provide hands-on support to customers during the learning phase and early stages of machine operation to ensure successful adoption. - Conduct refresher and advanced training sessions for existing customers to reinforce knowledge and introduce new features or updates. - Facilitate internal training programs for new employees to support onboarding and technical knowledge development. - Support pre-acceptance and final acceptance testing at customer sites, ensuring training alignment with operational requirements. - Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other learning resources. - Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and related documentation. - Create and issue training certificates upon successful course completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Service, Sales) to ensure training content reflects current products and customer needs. - Act as a professional company representative when interacting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. - USA visa to travel for trainings and conferences. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international travel to Europe and the USA. - Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills. - Flexible and adaptable work style with the ability to solve problems quickly in dynamic environments. - Strong computer and software proficiency; experience with technical systems preferred. - Technically inclined, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. - High level of professionalism and respect when interacting with customers across cultures. - Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a global team.
