• Managing the receipt, upload, distribution and filing of all project documentation • Maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple projects • Uploading and managing documents on internal systems (e.g. Procore) and external client platforms (Asite, Aconex, etc.) • Tracking drawings, technical submittals and documents issued for review or approval • Ensuring all documentation complies with company and project-specific standards • Coordinating document flow between internal teams, clients and subcontractors • Issuing and tracking RFIs and responses • Downloading and distributing information from external client portals • Supporting QA processes and maintaining accurate document records • Assisting with O&M manuals and As-Built documentation • Supporting project teams with timely issue of site information

• Manage 3-6 direct reports • Coordinate property assignments and tasks to ensure timely and accurate client accounting and reporting • Identify training needs, track employee performance, and foster a positive work environment • Promote positive internal and external customer service • Review financial statement packages prior to submission to clients • Assist accountants with financial processes such as debt and real estate taxes • Update and maintain current project information for internal tracking

• Manage all accounting processes from implementation and reviews. • Oversight of A/P cycle completeness, ensuring timely payments to vendors, assisting in vendor dispute resolution when escalated, and ensuring the overall relationship with vendors are in good standing. • Oversight of 1099 preparation at year-end. • Verification of A/R cycle completeness, ensuring timely completion and submittal of invoices, regular payment collection, and that overall relationship with clients’ customers remains in good standing. • Management of cash balances, ensuring cash on hand is appropriate for upcoming financial commitments (i.e. A/P, payroll, etc.) and anticipating short- and long-term cash needs. • Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position based on past, present, and expected operations. • Directs preparation of budgets and reviews budget proposals. • Provides management with reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various initiatives. • Coordinates information for audits of company's accounts, drafting audit schedules, and financial statements. • Prepares and/or reviews reports required by regulatory agencies, tax returns, etc. • Analyzing financial data including reviewing and correcting potential errors in the entries into the company’s software platform, to ensure the accuracy of financial reports. • Ensuring team compliance with GAAP, internal control processes, and segregation of duties. • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

• Act as the strategic Controller and high-level financial advisor for a portfolio of 10-20 small to mid-sized independent schools or nonprofits (revenue range of $500,000 to $10,000,000+) • Prepare and present high-level insights to Boards and Finance Committees, becoming their most trusted advisor • Lead monthly and quarterly conversations that turn financials into clear insights and action • Identify opportunities, risks, and blind spots, and guide clients toward better decisions; help schools navigate unique complexities like Tuition Receivable, Enrollment/Student Billing, and Donor-Restricted Funds. • Translate financial data into simple, practical recommendations your clients can actually use • Partner with clients on topics like cash flow, profitability, and operational efficiency • Collaborate and mentor your team to ensure financials are accurate, then spend your time using them, not just reviewing them
