Manager, Technical Lead – Blacksmith/CRM

• Drive process optimization and solution standardization by leveraging platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks • Own system integrations across enterprise platforms, including interfaces with ERP, third‑party applications, and external partners (e.g., APIs, EDI, and middleware solutions) • Coordinate and execute use case testing, end‑user validation activities, and post‑implementation hyper care support • Oversee production support activities and act as a point of escalation for critical incidents and high‑impact system issues • Collaborate post‑implementation with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements • Partner with cross‑functional teams to support end‑to‑end enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability enabled by technology • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and end users through deep functional understanding and trusted partnership • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives • Define solution architecture requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards • Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in alignment with Information Security and governance policies • Participate in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on core enterprise platforms and integrated business processes • Lead and support the resolution of critical system issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes • Contribute to cost‑benefit analysis and business case development for proposed initiatives and enhancements • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and technical team members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical delivery and IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on solution design, systems implementation, and release management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and oversee Business System Analysts or similar roles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives
- Experience driving process improvements and implementing application or platform best practices within complex enterprise environments.
