Role Description We are looking for a QA Engineer to support Trade Finance Digitalization initiatives. The role involves ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of digital trade finance applications, including portal, workflow systems, and core banking (T24) integrations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of trade finance products and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory standards. - Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for Trade Finance applications - Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across portal, BPM (Newgen), and T24 systems - Validate end-to-end workflows including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Bills, and Trade Loans - Ensure smooth Straight-Through Processing (STP) and API integrations - Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA - Validate SWIFT messaging standards and compliance requirements (KYC, AML, sanctions) - Perform security testing including role-based access and authorization controls - Support performance and non-functional testing activities - Collaborate with business, development, and testing teams for quality delivery Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field - 5+ years of QA experience in banking/financial services - Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance domain - Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products (LC, BG, Bills, Trade Loans) - Experience with core banking systems like Temenos T24 and workflow tools (e.g., Newgen) - Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman/SoapUI) and test management tools (JIRA/ALM) - Good understanding of SWIFT standards and regulatory compliance (KYC, AML) - ISTQB certification preferred - Experience in Agile environments

Title: Process Development Engineer Location: Carthage, MS, US Orlando, FL, US United States Job Description: This role is responsible for developing new manufacturing processes and overseeing Controls and Automation workstreams within capital projects. It ensures that automation strategies are properly designed, integrated, and executed to drive operational improvements. Key responsibilities include eliminating or reengineering manual tasks, advancing future‑of‑work initiatives, and enabling safer, more efficient, and more reliable production operations. Typical duties involve defining new application requirements, updating existing applications based on functional needs, conducting cost‑benefit analyses, and prototyping, designing, integrating, and testing robotic and automation systems.
