Role Description As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of complex, high-impact programs. You will ensure that all initiatives align with the broader SEA and Cisco business strategy, translating high-level objectives into actionable, scalable programs. - Project Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects, managing dependencies, resource allocation, and cross-program risks. Your focus will be on driving transformational outcomes and ensuring that program delivery provides measurable market value. - Strategic Alignment: Partner with executive stakeholders across departments to manage expectations, align priorities, and synchronize program execution with organizational goals. - Executive Influence: Serve as a primary liaison to executive leadership, providing transparent reporting on program health, strategic blockers, and long-term roadmap progress. You will influence decision-making at the leadership level to ensure operational excellence and strategic agility. - Governance & Scalability: Establish and maintain robust program governance. You will track and analyze program-level KPIs and health metrics to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and organizational scalability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP certification is highly desirable. - 8+ years of experience in professional project management. - Proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs (spanning multiple departments or global regions) through the entire lifecycle, including strategic planning, execution, and tracking of high-level KPIs. - Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority over team members. - Proven track record of managing formal Risk Management frameworks and Stakeholder Management strategies for high-visibility initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, driving progress independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Proficient in Asana project management and Microsoft suite productivity tools to effectively manage complex programs, drive collaboration, and deliver insightful reporting. Preferred Qualifications - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment and influence diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Proven success in structured communication, including executive-level summaries and dashboards that distill complex information into clear, actionable strategic insights. - Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
