Our Service Specialists perform assigned tasks on automation systems. Tasks include service agreement maintenance, projects, and on-call (time and material) service. Responds to emergency service calls as directed during regularly scheduled hours and after hours as needed. As a Service Specialist, you will: - Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies - Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel - Follow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customers and successfully completes assigned training as outlined in the training path - Follow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards, may coordinate with contractors on job sites, maintains tools and test equipment - Support after hours during on-call rotation, responds to service calls (emergency and on-site) as assigned.
