Role Description As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution for three distinct software development teams. You won’t just be tracking tasks; you’ll be optimizing the engine that builds our products. We are looking for a process-oriented leader who can balance the "big picture" roadmap with the granular details of a JIRA ticket. Core Responsibilities - Delivery & Execution Management: - Directly manage the execution lifecycle for three cross-functional software teams. - Ensure alignment between engineering output and product requirements. - Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams to prevent bottlenecks. - Agile Facilitation & Ceremonies: - Schedule and drive all team ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by using retrospectives to refine team velocity and quality. - JIRA Power User & Process Architect: - Own the configuration and hygiene of JIRA boards, workflows, and automation. - Establish standardized reporting structures (dashboards, burndown charts, and velocity trackers) to provide real-time visibility into work-in-progress (WIP). - Backlog & Triage Leadership: - Drive the request triage process, ensuring incoming bugs and feature requests are evaluated and routed efficiently. - Partner with Product Managers to lead backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, ensuring the engineering team is always working on the highest-value tasks. - Communication & Visibility: - Translate technical progress into clear status updates for stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for project health, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
