• Lead multiple technical engagements for a small set of named customers across strategy and migrations, IT transformation, and modernization initiatives. • Own technical delivery (end-to-end) responsibilities that include achieving and continuously improving the quality and time-to-market metrics. • Primary ownership of customer satisfaction for named customer engagements. • Manage product requirements, technical considerations, and decisions to deliver the desired customer outcome. • Invest time to understand the customer’s long and short-term business goals and align Presidio’s priorities to deliver both tactical wins and lay the foundation for longer-term success for both the customer and Presidio. • Lead and deliver workshops for IT initiatives. • Lead and deliver technology strategy sessions for customers with an ability to engage C-level leaders, architects, business stakeholders, and customers’ engineering teams. • Proactively ensure that technology decisions, investments, and capabilities map to business outcomes. • Proactively seek opportunities to translate business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa. • When required, take primary ownership of engagements in challenging situations and work with the customer and internal stakeholders to bring the engagement towards success. • Invest time in understanding customers’ organizational culture and align Presidio’s delivery teams and processes towards the fastest path to success. • Quickly assimilate into the client team, project team, and culture, becoming a valuable contributor. • Experience prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders with the ability to resolve conflicts. • Build relationships with customer stakeholders across all levels, including leadership, business, and technical stakeholders, and identify potential opportunities. • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to communicate the product vision, strategy, features, prioritization, progress, and needs. • Perform research to understand the latest market and business changes and determine the potential impact on current strategy and requirements, sharing any pertinent findings with the customer. • Review technology architecture, perform gap analyses, and define future-state roadmaps aligned with business objectives, capabilities, and industry best practices. • Translate complex VMware technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executives. • Working side by side with Presidio’s VMware Architects to deliver a comprehensive VCF Adoption Roadmap document and/or PowerPoint presentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an architect or technology program lead delivering migration, transformation programs, or modernization projects on-prem and in the Cloud
- 5+ years of experience with VMware private cloud solutions (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF, Aria Suite, etc.)
- Experience in consultative delivery of large-scale business & technology transformation programs, working directly with senior client leaders.
- Consulting firm experience
- Experience in applying proven consulting methodologies to assess a client’s current state, design a target state, conduct a gap analysis, and define a roadmap to get from the current state to the target state across people, processes, and technology.
- Desire to build business capability canvases, or equivalent, and map business outcomes to technology capabilities and cloud investments.
- Desire to build business cases, with a preference for cloud business cases as part of a client’s cloud journey or digital transformation.
- Strong experience and passion for designing/implementing at least one of the following domains: Strong knowledge in at least one of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

K-12 District Success Lead

Role Description - Build and manage partnerships with school districts, Departments of Education (DOE), and Educational Agencies to schedule meetings with decision makers, book teacher trainings, and promote district and state adoption of Everfi. - Complete quarterly outreach to school districts/DOE partners to provide data and progress updates and maintain and increase strength of relationships. - Assist in the creation of district strategy and objectives and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Pitch & create long-term implementation plans and best practices with district administrators, including illustrating how Everfi aligns to state standards and to their curriculum plans. - Monitor and analyze district customers’ usage of the Everfi programs to find avenues to create short and long-term growth. - Develop and maintain current knowledge on trends within the K-12 system, education technology, and Everfi’s platform and courses: understand standards alignment, challenges faced by educators, implementation best practices across the country, etc. - Lead and support regional team on district memorandum of understanding (MOU) and data sharing/privacy agreement adoption, board approval, teacher training, communication, and implementation plans. - Leverage district relationships to help plan student events in the region for K-12 customers, including suggesting school districts that would be a good fit for hosting the event, and conducting outreach to district administrators to gauge interest and ask for support in securing schools for participation in the event. - Support customer success and sales teams by serving as a liaison between K-12 school districts and Everfi’s customers, including joining meetings with customers and prospects to speak to the need for this education, and working with school districts and the greater K-12 implementation team to ensure that the customers’ programming is being utilized at scale across the sponsored schools. - Attend, exhibit and present at national and regional conferences to provide support for district administrators interested in Everfi’s products. - Draft, compile, and submit responses to district RFPs that are applicable to the implementation of Everfi programs, in collaboration with the legal team.
