• Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), supporting both long and short form end to end • Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput. The Social Media Growth Strategist sets creative standards and direction; you keep the team shipping to those standards on time • Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing cadence across all channels • YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community • Oversee testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish • Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team • Track organic performance, report weekly, and feed winning hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team • Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation • Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership • Reputation monitoring and response coordination • Drive the quarterly planning cadence and monthly sweeps across the organic org • Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness • Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic engine runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort

• Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability • Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks • Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change • Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments • Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis • Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes

• Build and lead the organic content engine across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms • Work directly with Josh Hudson on content strategy, ideation, brand voice, and creative direction • Turn long-form content into platform-native short-form clips, posts, titles, thumbnails, and content angles • Lead the editing team and raise the standard for hook strength, pacing, retention, storytelling, and brand consistency • Create repeatable systems so great content becomes predictable instead of accidental • Use performance data to identify winning hooks, themes, formats, and content pillars • Feed proven organic insights back into the Paid team to improve ads, hooks, and messaging • Help expand Marriage Reset’s mission to reach and save one million marriages

• You'll work closely with leadership and our creative team to own the visual output of our brand across every platform- from scroll-stopping YouTube edits to high-converting Reels, Shorts, and paid ads. • You take a project from raw footage to polished, ready-to-publish content with minimal oversight- on time, on brand, and built to perform. • If you're technically sharp, obsessive about detail, and you thrive on taking full ownership from first cut to final export- this role was built for you.

• Own and maintain the full company tech stack - GHL, Close, Zapier, Make, N8N, Hyros, GTM, ClickFunnels, Stripe, and all integrations • Diagnose and resolve issues fast - and document fixes so they don't repeat • Respond to critical outages and eliminate redundant tools to reduce costs • Build AI-driven automations to replace manual tasks across all department • Reverse-engineer undocumented systems and create SOPs and system map • Target 30-50% reduction in manual workload • Build and maintain a complete SOP library for every operational process • Design systems for long-term maintainability, not short-term fixes • Own OKRs, quarterly planning, and cross-functional project tracking • Convert CEO objectives into clear plans with owners and deadlines • Support Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery with fast operational help • Own Trustpilot review processes and the weekly operations meeting

• Write and test high-performing ad copy across platforms - iterate on winning hooks, competitor analysis, and conversion data • Own email strategy and execution end-to-end - automations, broadcasts, deliverability, autoresponder sequences • Lead new funnel launches - copy, setup, coordination, and QA • Contribute to core marketing copy across ads, emails, VSLs, landing pages, and funnels • Track competitor ads, funnels, and offers - decide what's worth testing • Own customer avatar and voice-of-customer research - translate insights into copy that converts • Review all marketing materials for FTC compliance before publishing • Support media buying through performance analysis and creative testing ideas • Deliver monthly performance reports - campaign data, email metrics, funnel performance • Streamline workflows using AI - SOPs, naming conventions, tracking systems • Collaborate with the Organic team on winning hooks and messaging

• Design, document, and run the Content Waterfall System - turning every long-form video into platform-native short-form content and social posts • Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all channels • Manage the video editing team day-to-day - review all cuts for quality, pacing, hooks, and brand alignment • Run the weekly editor meeting; hold the team to deadlines and quality standards • Own thumbnail and title testing strategy in collaboration with Head of Marketing - drive CTR improvement across YouTube and social • Track organic performance and deliver weekly reports; iterate based on data • Create SOPs and repeatable workflows for content production and editing • Work closely with the Paid team to share winning hooks, themes, and messaging • Support the rollout of additional channels (LinkedIn, blog, podcast) as the brand scales • Monitor and maintain brand reputation across key content and community platforms.

• Own messaging strategy and copy architecture across the funnel (cold traffic → conversion) • Develop campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and creative strategy for evergreen and launches • Build scalable systems: Brand Voice Playbook, frameworks, templates, SOPs • Write and edit performance copy: paid ads, landing pages, VSL/webinar scripts, email sequences, YouTube scripts • Review and refine founder-created content with strategic edits and feedback • Create frameworks/templates that make copy production scalable and consistent • Brief and direct copywriters/video editors (you won’t design/edit, but you direct execution and potentially rehire if necessary) • Maintain creative vision, quality, and speed across outputs • Run reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to contractors • Build and maintain the Brand Voice Playbook and messaging guidelines • Own QA and final approvals across all channels (proofing, links, formatting, tone, claims checks) • Final sign-off before anything publishes • Partner with Media Buyer to test and iterate based on performance data (CTR, CVR, VSL watch time, booking rate, revenue per lead/call) • Conduct voice-of-customer research and translate insights into messaging that converts
