HubSpot, Web Operations Specialist
XTM International
• Produce pages fast and keep them performing. • Build and update all pages on xtm.ai using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor and custom modules. • Own the migration and launch of the redesigned xtm.ai. • Build and publish multiple campaign landing pages in parallel. • Ensure every page is mobile-first, brand-consistent, loads quickly, and is free of technical errors. • Make ongoing updates, copy swaps, and layout adjustments as campaigns evolve. • Set up and maintain HubSpot forms, CTAs, and conversion points across the website. • Build and manage lead nurture workflows. • Configure and maintain lead lifecycle stages. • Set up thank-you pages, confirmation emails, and follow-up sequences for every conversion point. • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager as the tracking layer for the website. • Monitor and maintain site health, page speed, and Core Web Vitals within HubSpot CMS.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience; CMS Hub and Marketing Hub certifications preferred.
- Proven track record building landing pages and website pages in HubSpot CMS - portfolio or examples required.
- Solid understanding of HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycle stages, and form/CTA setup.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager - event configuration, triggers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with AI tools to speed up day-to-day tasks.
- Basic HTML/CSS - enough to customise modules and fix layout issues without needing a developer.
- Strong attention to detail - you QA your own work before it goes live.
- Execution - you ship pages and fix things without needing to be chased.
- Attention to detail — broken links, misrouted leads, and untested forms are not acceptable on your watch.
- Collaboration - you take briefs from designers and copywriters and turn them into live pages smoothly.
- Curiosity - you stay current with HubSpot updates and find smarter ways to do the work.

Work-related travel is compensated. - Ability to travel 25% of time outside of immediate region. - Ability to visit projects/job sites and work outside during all seasons. This may include working from ladders, boom-lifts, scaffolds, and rooftops. - Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
