Role Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Operations Software Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to focus on the disciplines of selection, implementation, operation, ongoing support and administration of “commercial-off-the-shelf” (COTS) and internal systems and system software that make up the underlying operating environment necessary to support critical operational service delivery processes across one or more production data centers. - Manage Public Cloud Deployments (preference with Azure) - Manage Private Cloud Deployments - Oversee FIS Software deployments and new clients Onboarding - Responsible for troubleshooting with client and environmental issues - Work with Development and Operations (DEVOPs) Team on Application and scheduling of updates and deployments to SaaS hosted environment - Perform problem solving and Root Cause Analysis review, documentation, and reporting - Collaborate with multiple teams including Development teams and other Technology teams to optimize customer experience - Share new ideas for Continuous Improvement projects Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science or related field - Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation Requirements - Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues across CI/CD pipelines, container platforms (Docker and Kubernetes), and multi-cloud infrastructure using tools including Splunk, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and automated health checks - Addressing issues including slow-running applications, connectivity failures, application outages, automation breakdowns, and job execution failures - Performing root-cause analysis and implementing resolutions while driving continuous improvements to optimizing infrastructure and workflows - Automating repetitive tasks, deploying CI/CD pipelines, enabling predictive maintenance, and migrating to a centralized knowledge repository - Monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance in real time - Leveraging reliability engineering tools and technologies including Splunk, Tryambak, Azure Monitor & Log Analytics, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace to ensure system stability and scalability Company Description
