• Oversee the analysis and interpretation of data to support the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. • Drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while actively contributing to daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent level of English and Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and product-oriented thinking.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Advanced English
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience with Al/ML methodologies.
  • Exposure to D2C initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Adobe tools.
  • Spanish desirable

Role Description The Staff Data Analyst will join the Block Compliance Analytics team chartered to put data at the center of the Compliance organization. Role Description The Economist will work closely with client stakeholders, program analysts, and technical teams to play a critical role in analyzing economic data, market trends, and financial information to support project initiatives. Responsibilities - Support ad hoc analyses to inform policy decisions, regulatory updates, and program improvements. - Document analytic methodologies, business rules, data sources, and processes in accordance with federal regulations and accessibility standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile project management and collaboration tools to manage requirements, track work, and support timely delivery. - Analyze economic and business trends related to key industry markets managed by federal agencies. - Conduct risk impact and cost-benefit analyses to support Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) and final rule making. - Perform market research to understand competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and landscape. - Analyze demographics and market trends. - Assess the economic impact of regulatory changes and federal policies. - Provide insights into how changes in regulations might affect the business sectors and suggest strategies to mitigate negative impacts and understand economic risks and opportunities. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations that outline findings and recommend strategies to various levels of leadership both at the federal contracting level with the customer and within Swingtech organization, as needed. - Communicate complex economic concepts and strategies to non-economic stakeholders. Qualifications - Degree in Economics required. Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling preferred. - Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex analytic findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
