Job Description

Data Analyst – LTG

Learning Technologies Group plc

• Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards in Google Sheets that Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Supports teams rely on to understand business health and inform decision making (pipeline health coverage, ARR movements, key SaaS metrics like NRR, LTV, CAC:LTV ratio and so on). • Support mission critical work around budget modelling, forecasting and timely commissions calculations. • Own data clean-up, deduplication, and enrichment across Salesforce: accounts, contacts, opportunities, subscriptions, and many custom objects we use to track engagement and sales • Write and maintain macros (VBA) and Google Apps Script to automate recurring reporting, data validation, and tool creation. • Investigate data quality issues end-to-end: trace where bad data originates (manual entry, integrations, imports), propose process or system fixes, and implement them. • Partnering with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery leaders in order to translate ambiguous requirements into clear analyses with clear answers. • Document data definitions, ownership, and report logic so the team isn't dependent on whoever built the sheet last. • Support ad-hoc analysis and contribute to larger data and reporting projects

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or revenue/sales operations analyst role, ideally in SaaS, professional services, or a business that combines both.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skill, comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, array formulas, and complex formulas.
  • Solid working knowledge of the Salesforce data model: objects, relationships, record types, reports, and how data flows in and out via imports, integrations, and user input.
  • Understanding of how subscription, opportunity, and project/engagement data typically hangs together is desirable
  • Hands-on experience writing macros (VBA) and/or Google Apps Script to automate workflows - you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable reading, writing, and debugging scripts, utilising AI where appropriate.
  • A genuine instinct for data hygiene: you notice when something looks off, and you care enough to dig in.
  • Clear communicator. You can explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Self-directed. In a remote setup, you can prioritise your own work and ask for help when you need it.

Benefits

  • Equal Opportunity Employer, not discriminating against any employee or applicant for employment

Part TimeRemoteTeam 11-50

Role Description The pipeline is live. Beta customers are using the product. Data is accumulating from auctions in Croatia, Poland, Italy, Germany, France, and beyond. This is the moment where a good analyst makes a measurable difference. You will work on live production data, communicate directly with the team building the product, and ship things that actually get used. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth startup on a 100% equity-based compensation model, aligning your success directly with the company's. You'll be part of the foundational team and directly participating in long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities - Build and own visualisations in Apache Superset: property type distributions, country-level auction trends, discount analysis, commercial vs residential breakdowns - Analyse auction field quality across the LLM extraction pipeline and document what the model gets right, what it misses, and why it matters for the product - Contribute to the end-to-end SOP for human-in-the-loop data validation, defining how humans and AI collaborate to move data from raw to trusted across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers - Produce S3 inventory and pipeline output reports: file-type distributions, parsing rates, schema completeness - Create structured analytical outputs for internal strategy and customer demos - Work with real multilingual auction data Qualifications - Junior track: You have done some SQL and played with data visualisation tools. You are curious, self-directed, and comfortable working async with a distributed team. You do not need to know everything on day one. - Senior track: You have built dashboards that people actually use. You understand what data quality means in practice. You can look at a messy field distribution and tell a coherent story about it. Experience with cloud storage, dbt, or LLM output pipelines is a real advantage. - Thinks in questions, not just answers - Is comfortable sitting with uncertainty and digging into why the data looks the way it does - Communicates clearly in writing - this team runs async-first - Wants to build something, not just report on it - Sees equity and portfolio value as a genuine upside, not a consolation for a missing salary Why Now The architecture is defined. The pipeline is running. The data is real. What is missing is someone who can turn that data into insight. Every deliverable you produce here is something you can show: real company, real data, real scale. If that matters to you, this is the right moment to get involved. Our Stack - Apache Superset - PostgreSQL - AWS S3 - AWS Athena - Python - SQL - LLM extraction pipelines - Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) - ClickUp You do not need to know all of these. You need to want to learn them. Benefits - Equity: Participation in VendueTech Ltd ESOP Trust, with share allocation based on hours worked and achievements. - Opportunity to work on innovative, data & AI-driven projects transforming the real estate auction market. - Flexible remote work environment with global collaboration. - Direct contribution to the success and growth of a mission-driven, forward-thinking company. Company Description VendueTech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristics.
