SummaryWe’re looking for highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations role to help drive strategic initiatives, data-driven decisions and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will work closely with the leadership team and across multiple cross-functional areas (including Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, etc.) to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for individuals who are high horsepower and high throughput to help us drive our most critical initiatives forward to unlock the next phase of growth. What You'll Do - Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution - Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making - Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities - Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability - Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows What We're Looking For - 6 -10 years of consulting, business operations, or investment banking experience - Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight - Strong analytical skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders - Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority - Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality - Bonus points if: - You worked at a start-up - You’re passionate about healthcare Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Spark is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
