• Erstellung regelmäßiger Vertriebsreports (z. B. Absatzmengen, Kundenzahlen, Margen, Kündigerquoten). • Auswertung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten sowie Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen. • Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgetplanungen und Soll-Ist-Abgleichen. • Entwicklung und Betreuung interaktiver Dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). • Bewertung von Energietarifen, Produkten und Preisstrategien. • Unterstützung bei Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und Angebotskalkulationen. • Wirtschaftliche Begleitung von Kampagnen, Sales-Aktionen und Marketingmaßnahmen. • Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und KPI-Systeme. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Portfoliomanagement und Kundenservice.
Job Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft.
- Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität.
- Kenntnisse energiewirtschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen (z. B. EEG, EnWG, Preisbestandteile).
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Excel, BI-Tools und ERP-Systemen.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise.
