Role Description We’re looking for an experienced mid-level WordPress Developer to join our Legal Marketing agency. The WordPress Developer is responsible for independently developing and maintaining WordPress websites with custom functionality. This role requires solid experience in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SASS, with the ability to build custom themes and plugins while ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. The developer will collaborate across teams and support junior developers, while continuing to strengthen technical and problem-solving skills. • Deliver engaging hands-on virtual workshops to train team members on financial services, day-to-day operations, and technical operational systems, tools, and platforms used in daily operations • Support onboarding of new hires and ongoing professional initiatives • Manage diverse learning paces and styles through individual coaching to develop skills and professional growth in a productive training environment • Monitor progress and conduct skill assessments for new team members • Develop and maintain up to date curriculum training materials including guides, presentations, and learning units • Responsible for day-to-day operations support for Wealth Management Teams as part of the National Client Service Team, including but not limited to money movements, account maintenance requests, internal case entry and management, and managing client deposits • Ensuring all paperwork and procedures for client requests are completed and adhere to compliance and Custodian requirements • Maintaining data integrity across all systems and updating as necessary • Assisting various team members with complex requests and answering questions with elevated knowledge • Actively participating in company initiatives, testing and pilot groups, and specialized workflows • Some duties can include if appropriate - onboarding new clients, processing transfer paperwork, setting up new accounts while coordinating with the Wealth Management team, Custodians, and Orion • Other duties as needed

Role Description We are seeking a Director of Software Development with deep experience as a people and technology leader responsible for delivering Finance and Operations solutions that support both the business and the Onbe Platform. This role provides technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, ensuring that our finance, billing, settlement, and operational capabilities are scalable, reliable, and aligned with Onbe’s growth objectives. The Senior Director will manage and develop a team of engineering leaders, own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, and play a major role in the department’s technical vision and direction. - Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology leadership to translate business strategy into a clear engineering roadmap and delivery plan. - Define, communicate, and continuously refine the software development strategy in alignment with Onbe’s goals, including modernization, resiliency, and cost efficiency. - Supervise and analyze engineering and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, lead time, quality, availability) to assess performance and drive continuous improvement. - Champion the use of AI and automation across the SDLC (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring) to improve both velocity and quality. - Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery by balancing short-term commitments with long-term platform and architectural investments. - Continuously refine delivery practices, team structures, and workflows to improve flow, transparency, and outcomes. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience leading software development teams and delivering sophisticated software projects in medium to large-scale environments. - Proven experience leading people and technology: managing engineering managers/leads and influencing technical direction across multiple teams. - Strong proficiency with modern application stacks, particularly Java and C#/.NET and their ecosystems (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core), with experience applying these frameworks to build distributed, scalable, secure, and resilient services for cloud and data intensive systems. - Experience and passion for utilizing AI in every aspect of the SDLC to improve development velocity and quality (e.g., AI-assisted coding, test generation, anomaly detection). - Strong organizational, planning, and project/program management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and maintain a high level of attention to detail. - Proven track record of using metrics and KPIs to manage engineering performance, guide decisions, and drive continuous improvement. - Experience in Finance and/or Operations domains (e.g., payments, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, accounting, settlements, or similar transaction-heavy systems) is strongly preferred. Requirements - The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $154,000-$185,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. - The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
