Role Description The Business Operations Intern will support selected teams across the organization, such as Finance, Marketing & Sales (M&S), and Operations (including BPS, M&A, and PX), by contributing to defined projects, business analysis, and operational initiatives. Rather than supporting all functions simultaneously, the intern will be assigned to specific projects or teams at any given time, with the opportunity to rotate across functions over the course of the internship. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to how different parts of the business operate while delivering focused, hands‑on support to priority initiatives. The intern will work closely with leaders and team members across functions, helping to improve processes, analyze data, develop materials, and support ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities - Cross‑Functional Support - Support projects across Finance, Sales, Marketing, BPS and Operations as assigned - Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and track action items - Assist with preparation of presentations, summaries, and status updates - Business Analysis & Reporting - Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions - Assist with basic financial analysis, forecasting inputs, or performance tracking - Develop simple dashboards, trackers, or reports (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) - Process & Operational Support - Document existing processes and identify improvement opportunities - Assist with creation of templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures - Support operational reviews, audits, or readiness activities as needed - Project & Administrative Support - Help maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables - Support ad‑hoc requests and special initiatives across teams - Assist with research, benchmarking, or competitive analysis Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field - Strong organizational and time‑management skills - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment - Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Preferred Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Interest in understanding how different business functions operate together - Prior internship, project, or coursework experience in business or operations is a plus What the Intern Will Gain - Exposure to multiple business functions in a real‑world environment - Hands‑on experience supporting strategic and operational initiatives - Mentorship from leaders across Finance, Sales, and Operations - Development of foundational skills in business analysis, project support, and stakeholder communication Reporting She can report to me and I will quarterback it based on what’s happening with M&A, Finance, Sales, BPS, etc at the time.

• Develop and project manage a partner and customer’s integration architecture, implementation timeline, and operational work streams • Develop clear and accurate implementation guide • Lead the planning, tracking and completion of all project tasks throughout the partner and customer onboarding and implementation process — including but not limited to: • Develop and oversee the project schedule and lead regular meetings with operational leads • Document, coordinate and monitor progress of partner and customers, including ensuring all requirements are met • Coordinate internal resources as required; Drive project to release on time with high quality • Help partner, Product, Engineering and Payroll Operations teams understand product features and benefits • Identify and understand project risks, coordinate with respective teams as applicable to mitigate and resolve • Contribute to the development of integration best practices, training material and Remote internal and external collateral • Manage the complexities of multi-step high-stakes projects with organization and efficiency and keen attention to deadlines • Communicate project plan, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using relevant reporting tools and dashboards • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on strategic projects that improve and scale our implementation process and team operations • You are passionate about team-work and developing people • Strong leadership, Coaching and Mentoring skills • Grow and develop the PMO function

• Extract, integrate, and organize data from multiple disparate systems to deliver clear, actionable views of operational performance. • Design and develop comprehensive operational dashboards aligned with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations. • Evaluate service levels, staffing models, volumes, policies, procedures, financial performance, audit and compliance requirements, quality metrics, and urgent operational issues; recommend process improvements as needed. • Build and maintain strong working knowledge of the organization’s structure, operational processes, and applicable policies, regulations, and governance requirements. • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance. • Identify preventative measures by detecting variances, trends, inconsistencies, and potentially suspicious activity through data analysis. • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather data from diverse sources, and perform business analysis to deliver quantitative insights via reports, dashboards, and presentations. • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to create compelling narratives and provide strategic recommendations on complex issues. • Translate analytical findings into actionable outcomes, including enhancements to predictive models, operational processes, or policy decisions.
