Qualifications - 7+ years of experience as a senior Executive Assistant or in an equivalent operations-heavy role. - Proven experience supporting high-performing, fast-paced executives. - Strong operations and systems-thinking mindset. - Advanced calendar and time management skills. - Hands-on experience using Notion as a primary operating system. - Comfort leveraging AI tools to increase speed and efficiency. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Ability to operate independently and push back when necessary.
