Job Description
Shopify E-Commerce Manager – International, B2B
PRESCH
• You are responsible for our Shopify store both strategically and operationally — from product setup to theme management, from app selection to conversion optimization. • You will lead the Shopify Plus migration. We're nearly there; you'll bring it across the finish line. • You will drive our international expansion via Shopify Markets — languages, currencies, domains, taxes. Every new market is your project. • You will build the foundation for our B2B store — our biggest growth lever for the coming years. • You will develop the shop strategically for new product groups in collaboration with Marketing and Product Development. • You will plan A/B tests, analyze results, and derive actionable conclusions — data-driven, not based on gut-feel.
Job Requirements
- AI is part of your daily toolkit. You have already built small tools, scripts, or workflows using AI.
- Several years of experience with Shopify, including responsibility for significant revenue.
- Deep knowledge of the system: product setup, themes, apps, workflows. Where you don't code yourself, you know which agency to commission for what.
- Experience with Shopify Plus. Ideally, you have participated in or led a migration.
- Strong familiarity with Liquid — you do not need to write every line yourself, but you understand what’s happening.
- Solid SEO / GEO knowledge: on-page, structured data, technical shop SEO. Not necessarily a specialist, but someone who knows what needs to be done.
- Numbers are your thing. You derive concrete measures from reports rather than just reading charts aloud.
- You work independently. We don't assign you tasks; we hand over responsibility.
- Very good German. English or additional languages are a plus but not required.
- Bonus: If you've built your own AI tools, scripts, or automations, show them to us — GitHub, Loom, screenshots, anything. We want to see how you think, not just what’s on your CV.
Benefits
- Modern tooling. We work with leading AI tools and invest in your toolset.
- Work–life flexibility: If you want to give equal time to job and family, we support flexible working hours. We integrate work into our lives, not the other way around.
- Flexible working location — after on-site onboarding you can work from where you prefer in coordination with the team. Regular office visits are welcome.
- Flat hierarchies and strong team spirit: we celebrate our success. Expect knowledge-sharing, mulled-wine nights, BBQs, and more.
- Professional development: want to try new AI tools, attend a coding bootcamp, or go to an AI conference? Fine — we provide the financial and time resources.
- You are involved in all aspects of our young, growing company and will run your own projects.
- 30 days of vacation
