Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and document software components in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Establish estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks. Communicate with appropriate teams to ensure assignments are delivered with highest quality and in accordance to standards. Develop high-quality codebase, lead design discussions, execute development against design, and navigate complex codebase. • Design technical development requirements and solutions to fulfill business needs for digital features. • Lead and develop process strategy of analytics data collection in agile development cycles, in partnership with analytics domain groups. • Conduct quality assurance data audits and troubleshoot tracking gaps to maintain data confidence and implement data standardization practices. • Own data collection process as it related to tag management. • Maintain JSON schema registry that feeds the enterprise data dictionary with implementation requirements. • Troubleshoot and provide tagging implementation guidance for data integrity issues. • Partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to implement, verify, validate, and maintain analytics tracking. • Collaborate with development teams and the business to integrate analytics tracking requirements into production cycles. • Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Analysts as a group to conduct and receive input in the data audits. • Maintain detailed documentation of data collection methods and dependencies. • Arrange on-the-job onboarding training for new hires which may include presenting information sessions, directing structured learning experiences, and leading group discussions and services. • Support a data-driven culture by educating the digital organization on daily uses of data as a resource. • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
