eCommerce Content Associate

PODEAN

• Learn the fundamentals of Amazon content and creative, including Podean's internal tools, processes, and marketplace best practices • Support the creation and management of Amazon content and creative initiatives alongside senior team members • Optimize product listings including keywords, titles, bullet points, and image stacks, with guidance from your manager • Assist in the development of content plans and strategies, building toward independent execution over time • Own a small portfolio of clients with close support from senior content team members, gaining hands-on experience in client management • Learn the basics of client services, supporting senior team members and account managers in client communications • Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform content and creative recommendations • Collaborate with the design team to develop graphics for client PDPs, storefronts, and A+ content • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in content, digital marketing, or a related field; recent graduates welcome
  • Experience across additional global marketplaces and ad platforms including Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress, and tools such as VTEX Ads and Topsort is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Amazon or e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  • Strong writing skills with an interest in developing conversion-focused, brand-aligned content
  • Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to hold conversations with international teams.
  • Eagerness to learn SEO, keyword research, and content optimization fundamentals
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including creative and account management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for growing in the marketplace marketing space
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, navigating ambiguity, and holding yourself accountable in a fast-paced environment
