Job Description

Account Manager – Data Platforms, Agency

Fluent, Inc

• Serve as a coordination layer between sales and client-facing teams and the Audience Solutions data engineering team, ensuring segment requests are submitted with complete information and tracked through to delivery • Own intake documentation for incoming audience requests, gathering segment specifications, client deadlines, distribution targets, and data methodology requirements • Manage the AS project queue: track ticket status, surface blockers, and communicate timeline updates to commercial stakeholders • Support client-facing deliverables including segment availability confirmations, match test results, and audience performance summaries • Assist in maintaining the Audience Solutions segment catalog — keeping naming conventions, CPM tiers, and vertical classifications current and accurate • Support leadership on QBR prep, client reporting, and prioritization reviews • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound AS requests from internal sales teams

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, media operations, ad tech, or a related field
  • Strong written communication and project coordination skills
  • Comfort navigating data-adjacent tools (project management platforms, CRMs, spreadsheets, or similar)
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to audience segmentation, programmatic advertising, or data marketplaces is a plus

Role Description ADTRAV is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of components within ADTRAV’s business intelligence application. This position has access to data as part of a government contract, and it is a requirement of the contract for individuals to be a U.S. citizen.
